Day 43/365: Seneca on discipline

Welcome to The Stoic Ledger, a daily money meditation from one of the Stoic sages.
43/365: Seneca on discipline
“No evil propensity of the human heart is so powerful that it may not be subdued by discipline.” – Seneca
Discipline is the way, discipline is destiny, as Ryan Holiday aptly titled a best seller.
It’s a powerful force. One that can exert dominion over all our “evil propensities” standing small in comparison.
Discipline of thought when things don’t go our way.
Discipline of action toward our purpose and our plan.
Discipline against our desires, impulses, laziness.
Where can discipline help subdue the enemy In your fight? Is discipline the answer to a current financial battle?
