Day 66/365: Seneca on losing the day

Welcome to The Stoic Ledger, a daily money meditation from one of the Stoic sages.

66/365: Seneca on losing the day

“They lose the day in expectation of the night, and the night in fear of the dawn.” – Seneca

Expectation and fear are thieves of time and money.

To defend against their attack, remain present. Many of the negative financial decisions are made at the precipice of fear and expectation.

Decisions that would have been avoided if we’d taken it one day, one moment at a time.
