129/365: Marcus Aurelius on living forever

We live and act like we will live a full, old life. Deferring our goodness, deferring our enjoyment of life, deferring our best for a future state. A future state when we are less busy, less stressed, less constrained.

Unfortunately a lot of people living this way never make it to that future state. We don’t live forever, and we’d be better off realizing that we really only live today, right now.
